Paragon Suites Resort

Every person on the team made me feel welcome and looked after, from the front desk to housekeeping. I really appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and little details. Ms. Ling deserves a special thank you for her warmth and thoughtfulness. Her genuine care and positive energy stood out and made the stay even more memorable. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely come back and recommend the hotel.

The rooms are really comfortable, but the WiFi is painfully slow, around 2-3gb speed. The pool stays in the shade all day, so the water is pretty cold.

The suite itself was nearly perfect, but the bathroom was much too wet, which was a dealbreaker. The hotel feels more like an ordinary hotel than a resort, and the in-room facilities didn't feel up to four-star standard, so I'd rate it closer to three stars. I was told the pool closed at 7 pm because I arrived late. When I went there, it was dark and felt unsafe. Three laminate pieces were broken, and I nearly stumbled on them. There was no wheelchair access or railing to hold onto, and the pool hours weren't flexible. Staff also told me to stop swimming. The balcony didn't offer much privacy either, since the hallway is visible around it.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a bathrobe, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, and towels provided. The staff were just okay, not especially nice. The woman with golden hair was pretty rude, and a cleaning staff member wouldn't let us take plates to eat breakfast in the lounge. We also didn't know the pool closed at 7 pm, so when we went at night, they wouldn't let us in.
