We loved our stay. This modern condominium in Jomtien is close to the night market, with cafes and shops nearby for meals and anything else you need. The rooms have everything for living, including a washing machine, kitchen cabinets, stovetop, ironing board, and iron, making it ideal for a long stay. The high-rise has a private area, friendly staff, and security on site. There are two swimming pools, plus three infinity pools on the 30th, 40th, and 59th floors. Entry to the grounds and building is by facial scan, and the elevator also requires a scan and only goes to your floor or a floor with a pool. #ReviewCopa

Copacabana Jomtien is the best!! The night market is right beside the condo, with good, inexpensive food and lots of different foods and drinks. There are also a few 7-11s within 50-200 meters. The location at Jomtien Beach Soi 9 is unbeatable, right on the beach with direct access to a pristine private stretch of coastline. Great restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops are within walking distance. The sea views are spectacular. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a large balcony gave me unobstructed ocean panoramas every day, and the sunsets made evenings feel magical. The view from the infinity pool on the 59th floor is breathtaking too. The modern building has an elegant, welcoming lobby and well-kept common areas. Amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, serene spa, rooftop terrace, and infinity pool overlooking the ocean. There is 24/7 security and comprehensive surveillance. The condo itself feels luxurious, with an open, spacious layout and plenty of natural light. Hardwood floors, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances add a refined touch. I especially liked relaxing on the roomy balcony with its comfortable outdoor seating. The service and amenities exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The property management team is professional and responsive, ready to help. The building is kept in excellent condition. Residents are a mix of professionals and retirees, and everyone I met was friendly and respectful. The community feels lively but peaceful, and the condo association's reasonable rules help maintain its standards. It's at the higher end of the price range, but I think it offers good value for the location, facilities, and views. Condo fees are reasonable and cover services such as maintenance, security, and access to the amenities. Copacabana offers an outstanding coastal living experience, combining comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. I'd highly recommend it as a top-tier beachfront home.

The views from our two-bedroom water-view room on a high floor were spectacular, and we had a great stay as tourists. Parking was easy to find, and the security guards were friendly when we were friendly with them. We didn’t need to deal with staff otherwise. This is a condominium, not a hotel. If owners buy five or six rooms to rent out, short-term guests can bring short-term problems. Some people leave trash around the pools expecting staff to clean it up. Please pick up after yourself. The biggest issue for me was the pool decks inside the building. The floors are extremely slippery if you step off the mats. At the pools on the 30th and 40th floors, the signs warn you not to sit on the edge because a fall backward could send you a long way down. I also noticed a lot of shoddy construction when looking around. I’m assuming the rooms all have the same decor.
