Cosy Beach Hotel

The 12th-floor room gave us a peaceful, comfortable stay, with room 1224 spacious enough for three adults. We were there from 15th feb to 18th Feb 2026. Its balcony had wide glass windows and curtains, with beautiful views at sunrise, sunset, and night. The resort has striking architecture and amenities. At 6 pm after checking in, we had dinner at The Sky Gallery outdoor restaurant. It felt like a stylish picnic among greenery, overlooking the beach and sea. The decor suited the seaside setting, and the relaxed atmosphere was full of laughter and chatter. The menu had so many appealing choices that picking dishes was difficult. Breakfast was smooth and offered a good range, without the usual chaos. Cozy Beach Resort is well placed for a 7-Eleven, self-service laundromat, restaurants, bars, cafes, and bakeries. We’d worried it might be far from Pattaya Beach and the nightlife, but the quieter setting worked well, and it was easy to travel to nearby attractions, including booking a boat trip. We felt safe and well looked after throughout. Thanks to our Thai acquaintances who recommended the resort and booked our room directly. We highly recommend it to our compatriots and anyone looking for a superior place to stay.

We came as a family of five for two nights at Cosy Beach Hotel Pattaya, booking connecting rooms. The rooms, especially in the older section, weren’t properly maintained, and the stay wasn’t worth the price. Around 10 PM after we returned, one room’s key card stopped working. Guest services didn’t answer our calls, so we had to make several trips to the front desk. It wasn’t fixed right away. A technician eventually repaired it and said the lock needed replacing the next day. Both rooms also had ineffective air-conditioning. Even after adjusting it, they stayed uncomfortably warm all night, so resting was difficult. It didn’t seem like an isolated problem. We left early and gave up the second night because we had no confidence the issues would be fixed. The staff were polite, but we didn’t get good value. I hope the hotel addresses these problems for future guests.

The hotel is acceptable for a three-star place, but the beach was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained, which really hurt the experience. There are many Russian guests, and they aren’t always families. Loud groups often drink heavily and party until morning every other day. Staff don’t seem willing to deal with it. When we asked to move rooms, they brushed us off with the usual line that there were no rooms available, and that was the end of it.

Cozy Beach is just down a steep set of stairs, reached by walking through Sky Gallery, which is right behind the hotel. The spot is hard to beat in Pattaya. There’s a lovely main pool between the lobby and Sky Gallery, and the lobby is a nice place to relax. Great for a laid-back stay.
