The rooms were clean and fairly quiet, with the usual free bottled water and instant coffee. The place looks recently renovated, feels a bit fancy, and is good value. It’s near LK, with Soi boomerang right across from you. Staff were consistently smiling, polite, and helpful. Tip your housekeeper. Check-in was the rough part. They told me to sit and wait to be called, but then let some older guests jump the line. They’re still doing the paperwork by hand in 2025, which made the process slow and tedious, especially as my patience ran low. When I arrived at 3pm, there was just one person at the desk, right at check-in time. Management could improve that system. Apart from this, things were relaxed.

The room condition is still okay to good, and the location works. But after staying here four or five times on trips to Pattaya, I’d rather not return. The service is poor, there’s little flexibility, and the price has gone up from what I’m used to.

The front desk team were fantastic, and the room was lovely. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and a TV with channels from around the world. Just a great hotel.

I thought 1,700 baht for one night was fair. The hotel has modern decor and a good location, and the room I picked was spacious. It even had a bathtub, which you don’t often find.
