East Suites

I felt right at home at East suites jomtien complex Pattaya Thailand. The room was spacious, with a kitchen, big bathroom, large comfortable bed, plenty of room for belongings, a big safe for valuables and my laptop, and a very nice balcony. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff, front desk staff, and management were all great. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. I stayed from 26th February 2025 until 26th March 2025, and I’ll be back.

The area around East Suites has plenty of restaurants, nightlife, and activity, while the room gives you a nice place to escape when you need quiet. The suites are large and clean, and the staff are friendly, just what you’d expect in Thailand. It was my first stay here, and I loved it. Thai Blind Massage Institue is directly across the street.

The guys working at the front desk during the day were friendly enough, though they were always on their phones. The rooms are spacious but old and need refurbishing, with marks on the furniture and things that didn’t work. Breakfast was a croissant in a plastic wrapper picked up at reception. They offer free earplugs there too, though I didn’t find it especially noisy during my stay. I’d heard good things about the place, so I was disappointed. It felt like poor value compared with nearby Agate and Poseidon.

This was my third visit, and everything was excellent again. The rooms are big, the location within the complex is great, and the staff are friendly. There’s a proper coffee machine with free coffee, plus a pass for the swimming pool across the street. It’s a small place, and probably not for people who want a big breakfast or go to bed at 9pm, since nearby bars can be noisy.
