Fifth Pattaya Jomtien Hotel

The beach is only about a five-minute walk away, and the location was great. My stay at Fifth Jomtien was a lovely experience, with good value for the price. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept really well. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the hotel has complete facilities. All the staff were polite, well-mannered, and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely come back! 🌴🌊

We had a really enjoyable three-night stay at the Fifth. The location is convenient, and the staff are fantastic, especially the front desk girls. We were in the older building, where the bathroom fixtures were older, but everything else was great. The rooms are big and have balconies, and the pool area is nice without being as crowded as at some other hotels. I wasn’t expecting complimentary breakfast, and that was great too. In my opinion, it’s very good value. We’ll definitely be back.

My room in the new complex looked out over the pool and was fantastic. I really enjoyed my two-day stay here. It’s one of the newer places in Jomtien, with an excellent spot that makes it easy to get to both the beach and the main road. The team are super friendly, and breakfast has lots of variety every morning. I’ll definitely return!

The rooms are spacious and pleasant, but my balcony looked out onto a wall. Internet access was confusing, and I needed an attendant to help me get connected. The pool is small, and its black background makes it look unclean. The seats and equipment are deteriorating, which suggests careless management. Breakfast is reasonably well thought out, but staff block access from 10 a.m. The reception feels very formal and doesn’t come across as friendly or kind. Service is only the minimum I’d expect, and budget constraints seem to be affecting it. The photos don’t show what the hotel is really like. For a hotel claiming five-star luxury, it feels like a simple three-star place. The price isn’t justified, since other establishments offer better service for the same money. It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t meet expectations and that poor management is costing it customers.
