The breakfast team were especially kind, and the breakfast itself was excellent. The pool was clean and pleasant too. We had a wonderful time at Heeton and really enjoyed Pattaya, with helpful, amazing staff throughout. Thanks in particular to Nong Gift, Pookpik, and Baibou for the care and hospitality. We'd happily return for another swim and breakfast.

Gift was brilliant and went out of the way to help us. The staff were very good overall. Our room looked over the pool, had air conditioning, and was cleaned every day. The beach was just two streets away. There wasn't entertainment at night, which might matter to families who want to stay in, though lots of people headed out to the night markets to eat, so it comes down to preference. Also bear in mind Pattaya's nightlife, as parties can be noisy. A very good hotel.
