The staff are friendly and polite, and the prices are great for such a nice hotel. It’s about a 10 minute ride from everything, with a 7 eleven right out front.

My room telephone wasn’t working, and while I was trying to get ready to leave as quickly as possible, staff kept knocking while I was in the shower and trying to get work done. I’ll admit I overslept a bit past checkout, but they were very inflexible about charging me extra for a late checkout by just a little bit. Personally, I’m never staying here again.

Staff are polite, but the place is old and rusting, and all the amenities are old too. Couples with kids should skip it. I booked three nights through 31st July 24. My eldest daughter got some colour on the bedsheet, and my infant son had a potty accident that could easily have been removed with a strainer. They charged me 2500 THB for it. You’ll be worried about the bedsheets the whole time because you never know what they’ll charge you for. Kids will be kids and make ordinary messes. Housekeeping is lousy and always seems to be looking for a chance to charge you.

The place was clean, and for 150 baht extra the breakfast was okay. It was nice to get eggs made to order, though the coffee looked like tea. In the shared 10 bed hostel room, each bed had its own curtain, light, and outlet, and the bathrooms were nice, though there were lots of mosquitos. The beds were hard as a rock, and it was so cold in the room all night. They gave us a very light blanket at check in. Staff spoke little English and didn’t explain where things were or how anything worked. It’s okay for the money, but I wouldn’t recommend it. If you’re used to hard beds and bring your own blanket, it might be perfect for you. You get what you pay for.
