The shared rooftop pool and gym were enough for me, and I enjoyed relaxing in the poolside chairs. The building felt well managed and secure, with responsible staff and someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, which was reassuring if you needed help. I was concerned after reading that the nearby pub "T25" could be noisy late at night, but it turned out my worry was misplaced. They apparently used to have loud live bands outdoors; now the building is finished and the music is indoors, so the noise is muted. The apartment is very conveniently located, less than 50 meters from a local bus line for trips to central Pattaya and Jomtien Beach. Walking Street is around a 15-minute walk away, and I enjoyed early morning walks up Pratamnak Hill. I'd use this apartment again if I had the chance.

The place is lovely and the location is good, but I'd avoid it. A Thai establishment opened 100 meters away a few weeks ago, and now there's a DUNK DUNK DUNK every night from 22.00 until 04.00.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and quiet. The facilities are great, and the pool area is a good place to relax. It's close to everything but far enough away that you don't hear the loud noises. Baht bus service passes by constantly, making it cheap and convenient to get around. I'd definitely retire here.

I only came by to meet a few friends who live there. The building was very clean, and the pool and gym areas were excellent. It's a condo building, not a hotel.
