Inn Residence Serviced Suites Hotel

Jomtien Beach is very close, and there are plenty of bars and cafes around, but the beach itself was dirty. There was plastic everywhere and likely worse things in the water, so I definitely wouldn't advise swimming there. The price seems fair for an average hotel in an average area. The Wi-Fi was so slow and kept cutting out, so we had to use mobile internet. Housekeeping also needs to improve. The cleaner seemed overwhelmed with too many rooms, ours were poorly cleaned and one day they weren't cleaned at all. I spoke to the Hotel Manager, who didn't seem aware that guests were unhappy. After that, the cleaning got somewhat better.

We stayed in a Grand Deluxe room at the front of the building, with a nice balcony. The place was very clean, and the staff were great. Nice accommodation in an easy location, highly recommended!

2024 review: I almost don't want to share this place because I like keeping it to myself. It's on a quiet dead-end road, and it's my favorite. There are 100+ TV channels, and the rooms are adequate for a 3.5 star hotel. 2019 review: Clean and quiet, with good rates, 60+ TV channels, and a fast check-in.

The room had a big balcony with seating for two and a table. Inside, it was well equipped, with a king size bed, fresh sheets, and a comfortable sofa. The shower pressure was great and the hot water worked well. Check-in was friendly and quick, and they let me in an hour early, which I really appreciated because I needed a shower. The fridge had only just been switched on when we arrived, so the minibar drinks were warm. There's a shop opposite the hotel with cold drinks, including beer. The A/C is on the balcony and I could hear its hum from the sofa. I work with A/C's, so a normal person probably wouldn't notice it.
