The room was clean, but the floor didn't feel ready to host guests. When we arrived there was no electricity on our floor, then there was no hot water, so we had to switch rooms. We only wanted a quick shower before going out, but all this took two hours. Check-in had already taken a very long time, and there was no English speaker. I booked under my name and came with my Thai friends, but the staff ignored them the whole time. The location also felt far from everything.
