JN9 Poshtel

I booked two rooms for three people on 22.12.25 and got confirmation from the service provider. When we arrived to check in on 25.12.2025, they turned us away because our rooms weren't available. They'd forgotten the booking. I had reserved a private garden-view room with a private bathroom for my wife and me, plus a room with a shared bathroom for our female family friend. Instead, they first offered one room with three beds, then, after I called management, two rooms with bunk beds. The service was completely irresponsible. They didn't fix their mistake and left us out on the street. They kept drawing me into their failure by explaining how the booking went wrong, while the service desk staff blamed management and management blamed the service desk. I asked for an official email explaining why they hadn't processed my booking, but only got a brief apology through the Booking.com app. I also asked them to cancel the booking and state the reason, but that wasn't done. Booking.com support contacted the provider and managed to cancel it without fees. They need to manage the business better. Communication matters, and staff and management need to talk to each other so these problems don't happen.

A cool, barefoot kind of place :) Everything was 5 star for me. The pool could be larger, but it did the job and cooled us down.

Guests were noisy until 2am. Skip this place if you want a good night's sleep.

It feels so homey here, and the location is super convenient. The girl working here is lovely and works really hard. Please remember to tip her, she deserves it.
