Cars and motorcycles are extremely noisy day and night because the building is right by Sukhumvit Road, and the windows don't seal well, so cockroaches regularly get inside. The rooms are quite small, more like a 400-500 baht a night hotel than an apartment. There's parking for about 5-6 cars downstairs. Security also seems poor: no guard or key card, and outsiders can come and go at any hour and walk right up to room doors. The owner is very shrewd, so be careful.
