My room is huge, with a sea view, and it costs 10 k a month. The beach is two minutes away, and everyone I’ve met here has been kind. The condo is old, but the staff are friendly and helpful. If you’d rather pay more for a tiny, newer room, that’s up to you. For value, this is the best place around, and there are no Chinese tourists at all. People here come from everywhere, with plenty of Thai people too.

I’ve lived here for six months, on the 11th floor, paying 7990 a month for 100sguares. It’s a good place to live, but the staff can’t understand English at all.

The rooms are beautiful and have aircon, and it’s only a five-minute walk to the beach. Rent is just 5,000 baht a month!! The only downside is having to stream internet from your phone. Still, it’s pretty fast, and unlimited data is like 6.00 USD per month?

The lobby staff eat, drink, and shout all day, so it feels like a pub or restaurant. They’re not respectful at all. The owner should just fire them.
