M Casa Hotel Pattaya

At check-out on February 7, after checking in on February 4, my friends and I were asked to pay 1500 Thai Bath over three pillow covers. They had been replaced with old, damaged ones, and since the hotel had kept our passports from the start, we felt we couldn't do anything. It left us thinking their intentions weren't good. We had agreed at check-in to pay extra if anything was misused. The room itself was neat, clean, and excellent, the customer service was good, and breakfast was delicious.

I came back to M Casa on three separate trips to Pattaya, and it offers some of the best value around. The location works well for me, near walking street but in a quieter area away from the noise. There's a pool, exercise room, and good restaurant. Vicky does excellent housekeeping, and Nammon is warm and hospitable with customer relations. I'll stay there whenever I'm back in Pattaya. A. I booked a Deluxe Room, but it felt like the staff had put me in a Standard Room instead. Even at check-in, they asked if I was there to exchange a card, as though I were just visiting someone who was staying there. Their attitude also came across as if they looked down on customers, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

I left before spending even one night and lost the money I'd paid. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The service was deeply disappointing, and I felt there was no care for guests. The air conditioning in my room didn't work, and the facilities and service overall were far below an acceptable standard. I reported the problem by email, but got no reply or sign of concern. The reception staff made things frustrating from the moment I arrived. They were rude and unprofessional. When I accidentally left my key card in the room, I asked reception for help. The receptionist said nobody was available and told me to wait at the entrance, with no idea of how long. When I asked whether someone else could help, she told me to wait outside my room in case a housekeeper came by. She kept blaming me for forgetting the card and warned I'd have to pay for another one. She also made inappropriate remarks suggesting I'd gone out just to come back and argue with staff. I politely asked for her name so I could document what happened, but she refused and kept saying her name was “no one.” I rarely write negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I've had.
