Kudos Boutique Hotel

For a “triple” room, which had a king bed and a twin bed by the window, this was just okay. The place feels dated, and whatever they're claiming in the marketing doesn't match what you get. I'd put it at 2.5 stars at most, so set your price expectations accordingly. The WiFi networks with the strongest signals wouldn't connect. Staff said they must be down but didn't try to sort it out, and there weren't any instructions in the room for getting online. The A/C has no auto setting. The pool is tiny, with no real pool area around it. I did find a tiny gecko in the room, but nothing else; the bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower and room were fine.

Everything felt old and in need of renovation. The shower door is broken along the bottom, and the sheets and towels were stained and torn. It might do for a night if you have no choice, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The room was good, but I wasn't happy with the staff. My child got chocolate on the bedsheet with their hands, and they charged me 200 baht for cleaning. Otherwise, they threatened to call the police 😂

The people were friendly, and it was a small, nice, clean hotel. Still, the safe wasn't bolted down, the room floor was damaged, and the air conditioning hadn't been fixed, so the room got too hot during the day. The WiFi also kept dropping out.
