I had a bad experience with the condo manager. When problems come up, she can be confrontational and unhelpful. Instead of calmly working things out, she often turns them into conflicts, which made living here less comfortable than I expected.

Another night without sleep, with loud bass from one of the bars and the usual rowdy, drunken crowd. The music may stop around 03:00, but the singing, laughter, and talking can carry on until 06:00. Update: the noise from Subtakrai went on until 07:15, with the same people as before. Too much noise from the nearby bars.

On Pratumnak soi 5, this is a very good condo with a pool and sauna. The sea is 400m away.

A nice place to live, especially for the superb rooftop pool.

Nice area, with Jomtien and Cozy beaches not too far away. There's a gym and a rooftop pool.
