You can rent an apartment for a month for 25,000 baht, and the service is good. The views are nice whichever way you look. There’s an office on the first floor with coffee and dried fruit, and you can talk to the director about buying an apartment in Pattaya.

Looking for a condo for a weekend, a week, a month, or longer? Vlad has nice, clean rooms and makes the process easy. His little coffee shop is small but well stocked, and the breakfast is top notch.
