LIV Hotel Phuket Patong Beachfront

Namwhan was always friendly at the front desk and gave us helpful suggestions for nearby excursions. Arty also made our arrival easy by helping with check-in. The hotel is right across from the pier, with lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the staff are very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping tidied it every day. I highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Phuket.

Show Nona smart and Joy were so kind to our family day and night. They helped us get taxis and brought us food and water, always checking that our day was going well. The security at the property was excellent, and the rooms were extremely clean. We enjoyed the drinks and room service and had a great stay. This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Phuket. 10/10, we’ll stay here every time we visit Thailand.

The room was spacious and kept clean, and even though it was across from the jetty, it wasn’t too noisy. The staff were so lovely, especially Namwan, Noona, and Joy, and everything from breakfast to getting our language in and out was seamless. We just walked over and back when we needed to get to the floating pool Yuno, which was awesome. The Liv hotel was such a nice experience, well located, and if I come back to Phuket, this would be my destination. Thank you Liv for such a lovely group of staff! I think Thai people are some of the nicest in the world. It feels genuine, not just surface politeness. I don’t think being mean or impolite is accepted here.

Our second floor Seaview room looked straight onto the pool and loungers, so there was hardly any privacy, especially with the large transparent window. The balcony was tiny and had just one chair, which we hadn’t expected in a couple room. That made the balcony and window almost useless. We were also asked for a caution deposit at check-in. On the good side, the room itself was clean and huge, with little outside noise, and they added a complimentary honeymoon decoration. Breakfast was tasty, though there were too many bread items and not much variety. The man running breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
