The location is great, with everything you need nearby, while still being a little removed from the party areas. I also love spending time at the rooftop pool, relaxing in the sun. The gym is simple but does what I need. Units differ, though they can be upgraded, and whether you're renting, visiting, or own a unit, the place is excellent. I'd suggest paying a little extra for a one-bedroom with a washing machine.

The office staff are helpful and friendly, and both swimming pools are well maintained. Laguna Bay II is a very nice place to stay. Just avoid unit 511: it has moths, ageing furnishings and fittings, and poor upkeep by a cheap, chiselling amateur landlord.

The apartments are nice, though the building itself feels a bit dated. There are two pools and a small gym, and the area is very quiet while still being reasonably close to Pattaya city center. The beach, a 7-Eleven, bars, and restaurants are nearby, making it a good spot for a short trip or vacation.

I've never stayed anywhere this bad. The refrigerator stinks, and the bathroom is pure hell. I can't stand the smell. Seriously, this is the dirtiest accommodation in the world, and even one star feels too generous. Doesn't Agoda check places before selling them? Old things naturally wear out, but they still need maintenance. Selling a room in this state is fraud. I tried to put up with it for a week, but I can't. The mattress, bedding, curtains, TV, and internet are all fine. The dining table is the only thing that works. Ah, I don't even want to curse at this place.
