I’ve stayed here twice, and the price is great for what you get. The service was top-notch. I arrived very late, and the guy at the front desk waited so I could get into my room right away. The young woman who works here had even hung my laundry before I came downstairs to do it myself. It’s an easy walk to the beach, night market, and food vendors under the 747 jet. The girlie bar strip is nearby if that’s your thing, and Terminal 21 mall is also a nice walk away for shops and air conditioning on a hot afternoon. The rooms could use some TLC, but the bed is big, there’s a fridge and a bathtub, and the air conditioning works well. Wifi can be slow sometimes, but it’s worth the money.

My room was spotless, with fresh linens and a pristine bathroom, and housekeeping kept everything in great shape throughout my stay. The hotel is also just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and ocean breeze. I had a very good stay and would happily come back. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service and cleanliness stood out.

The one star is for the reception staff, who were helpful and tried to accommodate me. I booked because of the positive reviews, but they didn’t match what I found. The pool was closed, Wifi didn’t work at all during my stay, and there was no room service for nearly a week. Reception did ask whether I needed fresh towels, though. The elevator was out of order more often than it worked, and the bar and restaurant were both shut. There was no kettle in the room, and no TV except when I loved the rooms because the AC wasn’t working. The rooms were old and dirty, and I hope you don’t mind Stuart living with you 🐁. It’s close to the beach, but so are plenty of other places. For the price and service, it’s not worth it. Some rooms are better than others, so ask to switch if you’re unhappy with yours.

The rooms were awful, with mold and dampness. There were birds inside the open ventilation pipe in the room.

The guy at reception was great and helped me arrange an airport transfer for less than Grab. I was comfortable here, and when I wanted to go to the beach but it was cold, they gave me a blanked. Really good service.
