From the balcony there's a nice view down toward the sea. The hotel is quiet and only a five-minute walk from the beach. Rooms are clean and modern, with a safe, hot water, firm comfortable beds, and good air conditioning. The staff were helpful, and there's a good café next door with lots of food choices.

The location is the only good thing. The showers are awful, and the cilimas are terrible. I paid for two nights but they asked me to check out after 22 hours. Beware of the fat woman at the reception desk. She has a three-meter-long pool, so think about how clean she is now.

My balcony room was great, with everything equipped and in good condition. The bathroom is spacious, but my only complaint is that it's enclosed and has no ventilation, even though there are gaps in the ceiling boards.

Our room was clean, with a big bed that fit all four of us: two adults, a 6-year-old and a 1-year-old. Hot water was good, and they left free water each day. Breakfast costs 70 baht if it isn't included. For that you get a few ham slices, two eggs, two pieces of bread, a couple of sausages, tea, coffee and jam. Some of the staff speak a little English, though not very well. We didn't get to try the pool.
