I've stayed here many, many times. The location is perfect, with everything right on the doorstep, and the rooms and staff are great. There's plenty of screens in the bar too. Highly recommended.

The Metro Bar is a great spot. It's an A/C farang bar with pretty good western music, lots of sports on the TVs, and Guinness, Heineken, Kilkenny and Magners on tap.

The staff are why I give Metro five stars. I love them and feel close to them, and I always stay here when I come to Pattaya. It suits people who want to party into the early hours. The noise can get overwhelming, so if you're a light sleeper and turn in before midnight, stay elsewhere. For me it becomes white noise and I can sleep through it. The cleaning staff are diligent and the place is clean. There's no pool, elevator or food, though you can order through GRAB. The stairs are uneven. Plenty of restaurants and bars are nearby, along with 7-11’s, pharmacies and greeneries.
