The good points are the location, the careful room cleaning and, in some rooms on higher floors, stunning views over the bay. The in-room bathtubs are a standout, though the hotel barely advertises them. Those positives help explain the current ratings, but for me the value for money is poor, especially beside the similarly priced Zing Hotel. The common spaces feel shabby and unwelcoming, and the furniture and finishes are worn. The bed linens were clean but unpleasant. The walls are covered in art, but most of it is low quality and uninteresting. Management was the main reason my stay let me down. The well-organized café 2.12 in the same building shows what's missing from the hotel. It could be much better with a thoughtful renovation and more attention to guest comfort. The pool area only felt cozy after I moved the furniture around myself.

My room faced thappraya road, and the traffic noise was horrendous. I couldn't sleep until it eased off around 4am. A shame, because the hotel itself is nice and well located.

I stayed about a week ago. The property and staff were great, and whenever we had an issue, they sorted it out within minutes without any hassle. Everyone was polite and friendly. The place was clean, well maintained and close to everything. I'd 100% recommend it to everyone.
