I’ve stayed several times in the cute front building, but this time they put me on the fourth floor, with no lift. The staff were okay, though they didn’t seem to care. They charged me for coffee and tea bags, and the cleaner tried to charge me for water I hadn’t used. It’s quite a change once the low season is over. No need to be nice, apparently.

The rooms are big, it’s right on the beach, and the pool is great, though there’s no shade over it, like everywhere else. The staff are really nice too, which is a big plus for me. That’s why I gave it five stars.

For just 500 baht, it’s great value. There are sea views over Pattaya, a pool, and a nicely decorated lobby and interior.

The location is fantastic, and the rooms are great. Service could be better, though. We had a few little bed bugs sometimes, and at night little bugs would occasionally show up from who knows where.

The location and price are hard to beat, and overall I was very happy. Our room had lots of ants, though no cockroaches or bedbugs. The bed was hard and the shower was lousy, but the rest was fairly good.
