Sindy Room & Hostel

On my first international trip from India, I found this to be the friendliest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The free breakfast lets you choose what you want, and the cafeteria is hygienic and well maintained. There’s coffee, tea, or maggie whenever you want, and I made lots of international friends here.

The attendant was so gentle and helpful, even when I made mistakes in the cafeteria. I really liked that guy, and his hospitality made for a pleasant stay. Since it was rainy season, the room was empty, but it looked good and had everything available. I also found the place easily accessible to all the beaches and Walking Street. It was a good investment for me, and I’ll definitely come again with friends.

This is an affordable hostel with friendly staff and a convenient spot near the North Pattaya bus terminal, malls, grocery store, beaches, restaurants, Korean Town, and tourist attractions. Budget travellers can choose bunk beds or single and double rooms. Some rooms have no windows, and they come with air conditioning and the basics, with no frills. The toilets, showers, and canteen are outside the rooms, and breakfast is free. There’s no elevator, so you’ll need to use the stairs to reach the rooms upstairs. The walls aren’t fully soundproof, and you may faintly hear a neighbour snoring or music from the street. Still, you get what you pay for, and it’s especially worth considering for a budget solo traveller.

The owner provides really good service. I’ll go back next time.
