NT Jomtien Place

I paid 450 baht for the room through Agoda, but it was awful. I've stayed in plenty of places, and never before have I found a shared bathroom this dirty and smelly, with feces floating in it and stains everywhere. It was unbearable. The room had no bath mat, soap, or refrigerator, and the sheets were stained as if they hadn't been washed. I definitely won't stay here again.

What disappointed me was the room and the surprise deposit, not the money itself. I booked through the app, which said nothing about a key-card deposit. When we went to pay, they required one. We didn't have that extra money, since we'd budgeted for the stay after visiting Koh Larn and only needed somewhere to sleep while waiting for the bus home. The room and bathroom were awful. It felt like customers were being put in staff rooms, especially seeing the room opposite. I've traveled a lot and stayed in many places, so this really shocked and disappointed me. I'm writing this because I won't stay there again and will tell others. It was unacceptable. Thanks for letting us stay, but I wasn't impressed.

The bathroom water keeps stopping. I reported it already, but it only comes on briefly, then cuts out while I'm showering. I hadn't even finished soaping my body before it stopped.
