The grounds are green and peaceful, with a swimming pool, and the staff are polite. The rooms are a little old and could use renovation, but the hotel is decent for the price and fine for a few days. Shops and cafes are nearby, so the location is convenient.

The staff are helpful, and I had a pleasant stay last May. My room had a bad smell coming through the air-conditioning, and the breakfast was very basic, though that didn’t bother me. The hotel could do with some renovation.

This was the worst place I stayed in Pattaya. I had a bungalow that was very old and dated, with a broken TV. The beds and pillows felt like concrete, and there was no soundproofing. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the club next door, then in the morning the staff were loud outside, drilling and making noise. I wouldn’t stay here again even if you paid me.

The room had no locker for valuables, and the hotel staff didn't know English. They also charge 800 baht for a lost room key, which feels expensive. Aside from that, it’s a great place to stay.
