The suite was spacious and well equipped, with a minibar stocked with snacks. This is a relatively small, modern, slightly upscale hotel for Pattaya, and it’s close to Marina Square and Terminal 21 shopping center. It’s reasonably priced and conveniently located. The staff were attentive and very friendly. They offered me a welcome drink when I arrived and took my luggage to the room right away. Housekeeping responded quickly, even changing the bed linen promptly when I asked. A few details could be better. There’s no shower by the pool, and room service stops after 10:00 PM. Floor and surface cleaning could also be more thorough and consistent, especially in wet areas. A cleanliness double-check in the suites would help. Still, it was a pleasant stay and good value, with a strong location.

The pool is easily the hotel’s best feature. It’s amazing and really well designed, and I appreciated how friendly and polite the staff were. There are some frustrating issues. Check-in takes ages even when nobody’s waiting. At checkout, you have to wait for the room inspection before you can leave, which I’ve never experienced at another hotel. That seems especially out of place for a business stay. There are no outlets beside the bed, either. The Wi-Fi across the hotel is basically unusable, with several SSIDs and unstable connections. The room’s dedicated Wi-Fi is the only one that’s quick and responsive. The hotel has real potential and an excellent pool, but the operating processes and technical setup need work.

I’ve stayed here before and plan to come back. The manager and staff are great, and the location works very well. The room Wi-Fi occasionally drops and needs resetting, though no hotel gets everything right. Some noise came through the walls, so I moved from the third floor to the first because of loud guests. The shower temperature kept cycling from hot to warm to cold, and the air conditioners need regular, thorough cleaning. In an upper-floor room, there may also be a drain smell in the bathroom.

The pool-view room on the second level was spacious, with a supportive mattress, a handy couch, and plenty of room to work. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even in the bathroom. The lobby looks especially lovely at night, with its airy white palette, lighting, and classy details, and the bar area has the same elegant feel. Breakfast is served a short walk across from the hotel. I’d recommend trying the soups and noodle dishes. We booked through Scents of Siam Travel and Tours Thailand, a trusted Bangkok based agency, and they made the stay smooth and memorable.
