Pets are allowed in the modern loft rooms on the fourth floor, but there's no elevator. One room for two people costs 500 THB for one night. The first dog stays free, and a second dog costs 300 THB. There's a 500 THB cleaning deposit, cash only, collected at check-in and returned if nothing is damaged. The deposit is 50%, or 250 THB, on 10/11, with the remaining 250 THB due on arrival.

It's 3:32 AM, and there's no water at all in room 201. I can't shower or use the toilet, and it's causing me a lot of inconvenience. The phone number they've provided can't be reached either. If the water is still off by morning, I'd like a refund for the room.

OYO 347 has been renovated, and the rooms are nice, almost high-tech. The shower and bathroom are nearly perfect. There's a refrigerator, microwave, and sink, so it's like a mini kitchen. Add a kettle and it'd be a 10.

There were no staff available to help customers, so they wouldn't accept walk-ins. I couldn't reach anyone at night either.
