The management and staff were pleasant, and the price was fair. The air conditioning was clean, new, and worked well. There are small rooms at the low end with a clothes closet, movable round table, and chair, while the mid-priced rooms have a large fridge and lots of shelves and drawers but nowhere to hang clothes. In those rooms, the big TV covers about a fifth of the mirror. The top-priced suites have a desk, swivel TV, sofa, and kitchen with a microwave, huge fridge, and sink. It’s a quirky place, more suitable for tourists than business travelers. Street-facing rooms get very noisy at night from low-CC motorcycles. The mattress varies by room. The bathroom setup is a bit odd: the WC light is poorly placed, the shower floor wasn't sloped properly, and the fan switch never turns off. The shower gets hot enough, though the hose doesn't reach the seat. There's an interior door chain and a small elevator. No kettle in the room, but laundry is available on site. A dispenser across the street has drinking water, and two small bottles are provided each day. There's a restaurant downstairs, but nearby places offer better value and tastier food.

For just $20, the room was worth it, even though it could use renovation. I let them know I'd arrive late, and someone was there to check me in at 4 a.m. She also allowed me an extra two hours past the usual checkout time.

This is my favorite hotel in Pattaya. The rooms are great, the beds are soft, and the prices are good. The main downside is that it's a long way from the Beach and Walking St.

The room was beautiful and reasonably priced. The location was good too, with lots of convenient ways to get around.
