Palm oasis

We had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay, and they wouldn't even answer our calls that day. We had booked this villa from 28 Dec till 30 Dec last month, three months in advance, and the booking was accepted. When we arrived, they had cancelled it without telling us, not even with a message. They just said their boss had taken it for New Year and said sorry. What kind of service is that? They were so rude and took no responsibility.

The villa was in a convenient spot, not far from the beach or 7/11, and I'd be happy to stay again. I was glad to relax there with my friends. The villa I stayed in had recently been renovated and was comfortable and pleasant. The beds were comfy, and we enjoyed playing pool in private. The pool was sparkling clean, and the service was great.

Villa 203-2 has two rooms and a hall in a small villa, with space for six adults and three kids. There's a small pool, games for children, and a kitchen with all the accessories. The owner promptly changed the bedsheet and covers after an issue with the AC dropping black particles. It's far from the city and in a quiet place.

The room was very dirty, and bugs were in the bed and on the counters. I first killed an earwig by the foot of the bed, then noticed black spots on the sheets. When I brushed at them, they moved. Disgusted, I spent the night on a mattress on the living room floor. The next day, after we moved, bugs were all over our bags too. At checkout I told the woman I couldn't sleep in the bed and asked what they would do. She only said they were sorry and wouldn't do anything. Not a bad villa, I guess.
