Pasadena Lodge

The room at Pasadena Lodge Pattaya was old, dirty, and had a bad smell. The sheets looked used, and housekeeping wasn't adequate. The Wi-Fi was weak, while the air conditioner kept making noise all night. Staff were rude and not helpful. Definitely not worth the money, especially with better places nearby. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was dirty and noisy, with hair all over and a bad smell. You could hear people having sex in other rooms, and the place felt like a “boom boom” hotel. Staff were rude and barely understood English. They asked for my passport four or five times even though they'd already copied it. They wanted a 1000 baht deposit before check-in, then charged me 200 baht at checkout, saying the bedsheet was dirty. It was already dirty when I arrived. Worst hotel ever, don't stay here.

The staff were really nice, though one nearly beat me up, haha, joking. It would've been my fault since I pretended to run off with a full bottle of Jager. I had a great stay: the room was clean and comfortable, and the air con was awesome. You need to fiddle with the taps and shower to get hot water, but it's easy enough. You pay 1000 baht upfront, which is fine, and get it back as long as you don't damage anything. I really enjoyed being here and can't wait to come back in March. See you then, and have a great Christmas and New Year.

I've stayed five times, including stays of more than 30 days, but the last three visits had a serious problem: no hot water in the shower. They say they'll fix it, but they don't. When my guests and I stayed four extra nights across three rooms, two rooms still had no hot water and nobody helped us. They didn't help at all. I won't choose this place again.
