The water park water looked yellow and unappealing, though there is a separate swimming pool. At first the room seemed nice enough, but I noticed stains in the corners when I looked more closely. The food was awful, both breakfast and room service, and the service itself was terrible. It felt like they didn't want customers using it, since it closed at 6 pm. I also couldn't get WiFi working for work, even after calling staff. A terrible stay.

The beachside location was lovely, and breakfast was excellent. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, thanks to the warmth of everyone on staff. Ms Vikki, the manager, was professional and attentive, and gave me such a warm welcome. Ms Pin at reception was just as professional, with a genuine smile, and treated me with so much respect and kindness. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. I had a truly wonderful stay, everything felt perfect. Highly recommended!

The view was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Each ride was reasonably priced, but hardly anyone else was joining in when I went. I came mainly for the sky ride and the scenery, though the daytime heat was intense 🥵. If you have lots of other places planned in Pattaya, you could probably skip this one.

The revolving buffet restaurant was such an amazing experience 😋. This was my second stay at the best holiday resort I've been to, and the whole family enjoyed it. The beach is just seconds away from the water park area.

The rooms were incredibly old and smelly, with awful dusty beds and uncleaned sheets. The mattress was the worst I've ever had. The lobby smelled really bad, and the receptionists and other staff were rude. The elevators were very old and felt unsafe. Honestly, sleeping on the street would be better than wasting money here.
