Ploen Place Residence

As a solo traveler, feeling safe mattered, and I felt safe and had an amazing stay from beginning to end. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was outstanding. The receptionist with short and brown hair was especially welcoming and professional, always greeting me with a smile. It was a bit expensive for my solo-traveler budget, though, so I hope I can get a discount next time. I'd definitely recommend it for the comfort, cleanliness, and service, and I'll be back. One suggestion: having hand wash in the rooms would make things much more convenient.

We stayed three days. The hotel is nice, the receptionist was very polite, and someone helped with our luggage. There's self-service laundry with detergent, but no swimming pool. Water pressure in the shower was weak. It's close to everything, yet still feels far from the noise, so we slept really well. The cleaning could be better. Housekeeping seemed to clean only the visible spots. For instance, the shampoo and shower gel dispensers had mud, though you only notice if you look closely at everything. Here's a picture of the shower and bathroom, since it isn't clear when booking a standard room.

I appreciated how friendly the receptionists were throughout our two-night stay. The location was nice too, with the beach and Terminal 21 both reachable on foot in five minutes. Our room was spacious and clean, though the view wasn't good, and the hotel itself seems quite new. If I come back to Pattaya, I'll definitely choose Ploen again. Sending you all a big thank you 🥰
