I booked through an aggregator and the owner messaged me that funds had been frozen on my card to guarantee I'd show up. But when I arrived on check-in day, they said there were no rooms available and refused to let me stay. The owner never returned the frozen money.

Our stay was pleasant and good value for the money. The property is in Pataya Central, 3 Km from Alcazar Cabaret and 2.9 Km from Central Festival Pataya Beach. There's a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi, and rooms have fridges for guests.

A good apartment hotel at a reasonable rent. The staff were all very cool in their manner.
