At R con residence, the reception staff are helpful and the rooms are clean. People working there smile, too. For location, I think it's one of the best in Pattaya, right in the heart of the city.

The price is very cheap and the location is really good. I always stay here when I'm on holiday.

It's a good spot, about a five minute walk from Central festival, and the price is decent for a large, fairly clean, modern room. Some small design choices are awkward. There's a Bluetooth radio clock and reading lamp by the bed, but the only plugs are in the middle of the headboard. Roll over and you can pull one out.

The monthly rate looks cheap until the bill arrives. I was charged 4000 baht for water-electricity for one month, even though I never set the air conditioning below 26 degrees. Everywhere else I pay around 1600 baht, and R-Con used to be the same before covid. There's no way it could be exactly 4000, especially since they didn't even read the meter 🤣 I've booked somewhere else for my next holidays. Goodbye R-Con.

For the room size, the price is decent. There's a family Mart downstairs, along with a restaurant/bar. The front desk staff can be a little rude, though it's Pattaya, so I can't really blame them. There's no pool at this place, but the company has another one down the street that you can use.
