I live here in retirement, so I’ve made the one-bedroom apartment feel like my own. The location is good and the prices are reasonable, with studios and one-bedroom units available. There’s a small pool, an elevator, and covered parking for 20 cars and 50 motorcycles. A 7-Eleven is next door, and the supermarket is a little farther along. They replace TVs with flat screens, and fridges when they fail. Things don’t get fixed until they break.

It’s generally quiet, by Pattaya standards, and the staff are good. The price feels a little high for what you get and where it is. Rattakit could improve the place by paying attention to small things. The rooms are very bare, with an old, small TV and no microwave, safe, or kettle. A few inexpensive upgrades could make it live up to the mansion in its name.
