The one thing that bothered me was a strange smell in the room when I first arrived, but a few hours of air conditioning cleared it up. Everything else worked well, including the shower and air conditioning, and the staff were very helpful. One person at reception helped me with my TM30 tourist visa extension form. It’s right by a 7/11 and a small market with some Thai food. I chose it because it’s quiet, outside the center but not too far away. All in all, it was a nice budget stay, and I wish them the best for the future.

If you’re living on a budget and have simple tastes, this is a good place to spend a month. The room is a decent size, gets plenty of natural light, and is affordable with no frills.

Awful. There’s no elevator, and parking was inconvenient. The air conditioner dripped all night, the TV didn’t work because there was no cable, and the bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine. The room smelled of cigarettes, and so did the blankets.

There are quite a few ants, so they should consider pest control and disinfection. The equipment is a bit old, but acceptable for the price.
