There are plenty of food shops nearby, which helps make up for being a bit far from the city center. The condo quality is acceptable, and prices are much lower on average than at condos and hotels closer to Central Festival and Night bazar.
The building is nice, the location is great, and the security guard is lovely and very helpful. The market and 7 eleven are only two minutes away. What spoils it is the receptionist in Building B. Everyone complains about her; she's rude, aggressive, and unfriendly to tenants. A Rottweiler at reception would be more welcoming. She literally told me she doesn't like me because, just once, I parked my bike in the Building A car park. When I said I'd complain, she said she didn't care. A really nasty lady.
Security was rude to my girlfriend for entering through my gate instead of the door. What's the point of having a gate if she can't use it?
It's a modern, nice apartment with friendly staff and an okay gym. There's a pool on the ground level and a smaller one on the roof. The rooftop patio has loungers for tanning and a decent ocean view.
