The room was in good condition, and every staff member was so kind. They were the friendliest hotel staff I've met in Thailand. I had to check out earlier than expected, which was a shame, but I'll come back next time.

The bathroom felt dated and pretty basic, and there wasn’t a kettle in the room until I asked for one. Breakfast is served at another hotel that’s part of the same property. I stayed three nights in July 25. The hotel itself is old, but it was tidy and clean, and the room was a decent size. The window was small and faced the street, while some rooms have windows opening onto a walkway. Housekeeping and reception were both nice and helpful. Fine for a short visit, and I might come back.

It’s easy to get to the beach, Terminal 21, and Central Festival from here. My room, 314 on the 3rd Floor, was at the back and very quiet. The staff were polite, kind, and quick to help. I asked for a kettle and had one within minutes. They cleaned daily or whenever requested. The room was clean and as expected, with a really big, comfortable bed. The one thing that bothered me was the AC noise: its outdoor unit was on the wall beside the bed. Luckily, the rooms don’t get too hot, so I didn’t need to run it overnight.

The staff were friendly, and the location worked well for us. We stayed three nights and were happy with it. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the towels were changed. There was a safe, fridge, and TV, plus parking, which was a bonus. The only thing we missed in the morning was a kettle.
