There’s a nice open but covered seating area between reception and one of the pools, with fans to keep it cool. I didn’t use the pools or restaurant, so can’t comment on those. The hotel was clean and airy, with good aircon and wifi, and it’s near the beach while being well away from the sleazy Walking St end of town. The 1000 Bhat key deposit seemed a bit much. The main letdown was three surly staff members, including one with a real “jobsworth” attitude. They kept me from giving it five stars.

For the price, I’d stay again. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower barely got warm, and the TV was too small to be much use. My window looked out at the back of the soapy massage next door. It’s good value in a decent spot, near Central Marina and Terminal 21, and just a short walk from beach road.

The front desk and restaurant service really spoiled our stay. One curly-haired woman at reception was unfriendly, didn’t smile, and wasn’t helpful, which left us feeling unwelcome. We were ignored more than once when we tried asking questions in the restaurant. The room was clean and well kept, and the location made getting around Pattaya easy, with the beach, restaurants, and shopping just a short walk away. Still, we were very unhappy with the service and won’t stay here again.

I had such a peaceful little holiday at Sabai Sabana. The place was lovely and clean, and the quiet, calm atmosphere was just what I needed. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, then heading out for walks to the nearby beaches. Malls and restaurants were easy to reach on foot too. Thanks so much for the lovely place to stay and for taking good care of me. Thank you again.

Breakfast was the highlight for me, with so many dishes laid out that I could have sat there all morning just looking at the food 😂😂. We were in town for the international fireworks and stayed two nights, an easy walk from the beach. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was clean, spacious, well maintained, and neatly decorated. We left with good memories and will definitely return.
