4-5.1.26(sun-mon): I found this hotel offline after ChatGPT recommended it. I didn't use an app. It cost 700 THB.

The room had no beach view, and the photos seemed to show a different hotel. Our ground-floor room cost 1,500 THB even though I contacted the hotel directly. They wanted 400 THB for a bike and wouldn't bring it down to 300, telling us to look for a shop at the pier instead. The door lock was broken, so we couldn't secure the room. Staff were rude and rushed us out before noon as though we'd be charged extra. This was the worst experience I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it. I think the same owner has another place called sea beach koh lan 2.

The staff were friendly, and the leafy courtyard with tables was quiet and a nice spot to sit. The location is handy, about a five-minute walk from Na Baan pier and within walking distance of shops and places to eat. Rooms are spacious but pretty bare: there's a small fridge and free water, while the only chair and small table are out on the verandah. There's no chair, table, or clothes rail inside.
