Sea View 4th Floor 1 bed Condo at View Talay 2

I’ve been in 2A and 2B for around five years, and I’d choose to stay here again. The rooms are large, the condo is nice, and the location works perfectly. There are plenty of shops downstairs, and security is very good. The one downside is that noise from the person living above can sometimes be an issue. If you let security know, they’ll come and speak with them. Four stars for View Talay 2A.

It’s easy to get to Pattaya, about 7 kilometres away, and the 10 baht taxis pass every few minutes. There’s food, a pool, and somewhere to stay near the beach, all in a great Jomtien location.

Nicky, the agent in office 39, did a great job and made everything smooth. The place feels secure, the service is great, and I had no trouble with the deposit. I’d happily recommend these condos and will be back.

The rooms are really big, and the walls keep the neighbors’ noise from carrying through. Staff seemed genuinely friendly when I was there visiting friends. There’s a Thaibaht taxi, and a 7/11 isn’t far away. Across the street is a Mixue (icecreamstore), and nearby there’s the lil walkstreet for the rainbow lovers, with places to get lunch or dinner. Jomtien beach is also close.
