Reasonable price, and the place is neat and clean, though the room is very small. The main drawback is there's no lift in the hotel.

Rooms were clean and had the basic amenities. The hotel is good for an affordable price, and the receptionist was friendly and understood English.

This was a pathetic stay, with problems from the very first enquiry. I was told I could only book with cash, even after I explained I didn't have much left. When I asked to see a room, they just told me to look at the online photos. They didn't mention that there was no lift, and told me to bring my luggage and book. Only after I arrived with all my bags did I learn my room would be on the third or fourth floor with no elevator. By then I had no energy to look for another hotel, so I stayed. The rooms were very small too. If I'd known both things, I wouldn't have come here. It felt like being scammed. They wouldn't let me in before 2pm, but expected checkout exactly before noon. I was charged 200 baht for being just 15-20 minutes late. The people there are just nonsense. When I later asked them to hold my luggage for a few hours because I had an evening bus, they refused, saying they only store bags for people staying there. I had to beg. They eventually said I could leave it, but they wouldn't be responsible if anything was stolen. Staff and hotel were both pathetic.
