A seven-minute walk gets you to the beach, and guests have a nice pool area too. The location is great for all of Pattaya, with baht buses going both ways right outside, a 7/11 outside, and Foodland just 200 metres away. Just great.

There's a lovely, relaxing pool here, and DongTan beach is about a ten-minute walk if you'd rather go to the beach. The place sits between Pattaya and Jomtien, which makes it handy for both. Jomtien and Phratumnak are each a ten-minute walk away, while Pattaya is a five-minute bus ride. Second Road has baht bus service, and there are plenty of restaurants a minute's walk away, plus a FoodMart supermarket about a minute away. You can get into the middle of Pattaya in around five minutes. It's a great location, though the street itself is a bit busy.
