The condo is high quality and well located in the Cozy beach area in Pattaya, with views of both the sea and mountains. There’s a large swimming pool and a great gym. I can recommend the project for long-term living, and for people coming to Thailand for 1-2 months too.
A peaceful area to live in, with plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are pretty nice. There’s a long, big pool, a small gym, and a tiny sauna. Nice condos to stay in.
The lady at reception, Nat?, is super service minded, and her bright smile makes your day whenever you pass by. The security staff are friendly too, and most things are well maintained. I stayed here for a year and would happily do so again. One issue: the developer installed the bathroom soaking tubs improperly, so water gathers around them and runs onto the floor. If you buy a unit to renovate, make sure to put in a proper bathtub and secure it against the wall. That service-minded quality is hard to find in Thailand.
The swimming pool is large and clean, with a sauna and gym beside it. There are two big 7/11s, one on each side of the building, and cafes, restaurants, amenities, and convenient services are close by. The Juristic Team and staff are friendly and diligent. It’s an excellent condo, very well managed and maintained, in the up-market Cozy Beach area.
I had a really nice, special time there and loved the beautiful views outside toward the beach 😘😘
