The setting is peaceful despite being just off busy Thepprasit street, and the location is excellent. It’s a well-kept gated community with different kinds of homes: three average-sized condo buildings around a huge pool, plus commercial townhouses and private houses. There’s also a smaller pool in a nicely maintained garden area for the townhouse and private-home residents. The commercial row has several businesses, including a yoga studio, a doctor’s clinic, and a company renting apartments in Pattaya. A really attractive place.

A friend lives here, and it seems pretty average to me. The upper-floor views are okay, but the facilities are minimal and the pool is bare and exposed. Some condo interiors are in disrepair, yet still cost 5,000 baht a month. Many units don’t have kitchens.

A quiet place to live, right on one of Pattaya’s best routes. It’s between Jomtien Beach and the famous Walking Street, and the airport link bus runs along the route.

Foodmart is just around the corner, which makes this a handy central spot. The apartments are spacious and beautiful, with big balconies, and there’s a large pool too.
