The Beverly Hotel Pattaya

The hotel was clean, the service was good, and the pool was a comfortable temperature. My deluxe room had more space than a standard one. It’s close to Walking Street, but set back from the road, so it was quiet. There are lots of Indian restaurants on the nearby streets, and the breakfast and room service menu seemed tailored to the mostly Indian guests. For some reason, there was a Christmas theme everywhere. 😄🎅🦌

We stayed last month and had a real Thailand experience, with lovely people and a beautiful country. The hotel itself is attractive and in a great spot. Check-in was rough, though: our room wasn’t clean and there was no hot water. We reported it, but it wasn’t sorted right away. We were exhausted and went to bed disappointed. The next morning I spoke to the General Manager, Ms. Suthashini (apologies if I misspelled the name). She listened patiently, was genuinely concerned, and asked why it hadn’t been fixed sooner. She took great care of us and got everything resolved properly. Things can go wrong in any hotel, but the way she handled it mattered. Many thanks to her for the hospitality, and to Front Office Manager Ori and bartender Ozak for their help. We’ll come back. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Really feels like a hotel that knows how to welcome Indian guests. The staff are incredibly hospitable, the services are well equipped, and the food is good. One of the best places to stay in Pattaya. Give it a try.

The rooms and the property itself are good, but the reception staff made this a very disappointing stay. We asked for our booked suite early, and even said we’d pay the applicable charge. Rooms were ready and available, but they still wouldn’t provide it. The way they handled this felt unprofessional. Their attitude stayed rude and hard to approach throughout. Even simple questions got arrogant replies, so we became uncomfortable asking for help. It felt as if staff assumed guests had nowhere else to go nearby, and there didn’t seem to be proper supervision of how they treated people. As paying guests, we expected basic courtesy and respect, which we didn’t receive.
