This was my worst hotel experience in Thailand. The bed linens all seemed unwashed and smelled of body odor from the least welcome kind of tourist. Completely unacceptable.

We spent three nights here with my family and loved the spacious rooms, warm hospitality, and clean surroundings. It's centrally located, with easy access to the market, beach, and our favorite places. A perfect weekend getaway.

I booked after reading other people's reviews, but my stay didn't match what they'd described. Staff weren't friendly and made no effort to sort things out. There were lots of problems, including Wi-Fi that didn't work. The pool seemed to be just for show. I left dissatisfied.

The room was nice and clean, and overall it was worth the money and the memories. Water pressure was quite weak when several rooms seemed to be using water at once, though. The staff were nice and calm even after they accidentally gave our booking to someone else before we arrived. They stayed polite, sorted the problem out later, and I appreciated how they handled it.
